  • No Exclusive Contract
  • $1,000 up front retainer
  • Billed monthly & paid by credit card
  • Billed in 10-minute increments
  • Travel time to and from showing/inspections will be max of 20 mins per direction
  • $250 an hour for Jeffrey Chubb
  • $100 an hour for a Chubb Associate
  • Time & Half charge for weekends & after 5pm
  • $495 Brokerage Fee

Additional Details:
  • Purchase Power Plan home buyer can switch to traditional sales model at any time. Should property buyer choose to change to the Traditional Buying Plan, then buyer will receive a credit at closing. This credit will be half of all monies paid while on the Purchase Power Plan. Any balance owed will be added onto closing HUD and paid at time of closing.
  • $1,000 retainer. Goes towards initial billing. The retainer is Nonrefundable. Retainer is good for services for 365 days after retainer is paid. After which time, the retainer will be forfeited.
  • Detailed and up to date time logs provided to client through Google Sheets
Referral Program:
  • Receive a credit of $1,000 for every buyer referral who joins the Chubb Homes Team Purchase Power Plan program. And a $2,000 credit for every home seller referral that sells their home with the Chubb Homes Team.
